Thanks for booking your session. I’m looking forward to supporting you. Your time is intentionally reserved just for you. Reschedules/cancellations: Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your start time so we can open that spot to someone else. Changes within 24 hours may be treated as a late cancellation. If something urgent comes up, reach out and we’ll do our best to find a supportive next step. Come as you are, we’ll get you clear and mapped out fast.
